The purpose of the Jaycees, or Junior Chamber, is to promote and foster the growth and development of young leaders in the United States.  We do that by providing opportunities for members to get real-world professional experience through the management of our community involvement projects and fund raisers.  The Jaycees also provide members with opportunity for personal development and achievement through world class training and participation in professional skills competitions.

The Jaycees also provide opportunities for their members to network with other young professionals, social events, and opportunities for travel.  In addition, the Jaycees offer a chance to contribute to the community and to really be a part of it.
